With a registered team of Clinical Counsellors and Social Workers, we offer specialized therapies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address complex dynamics and trauma. We are deeply committed to providing an inclusive and affirming environment for the LGBTQIA2S+ community and culturally safe support for Indigenous and Métis peoples, with direct billing through FNHA. By offering sliding scale rates and intern-led services, we work to reduce barriers and ensure that therapeutic growth and restorative practices are accessible to all.
